Small prints (11x14 and under), stationery and original paintings ship via First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. Orders ship approximately once a week. Please contact me if you need your order shipped quickly, just in case your order came in on a non-shipping day.
Please note delays for certain large (16x20 and up/canvas) prints in the item descriptions.
NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES:
US - 3-5 days (after the item is shipped)
International - 1-8 weeks (after the item is shipped)

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery Confirmation and tracking (domestic only) are included. All my items are packed in 100% recycled, super safe and sturdy packaging - tested to withstand the bumpy road to get to you in one piece! :)
* Prints and small original watercolors are backed with archival foam-core and plastic - this part of my packaging is not recycled. It is archival quality so it will not damage your print if you should need to leave it in the package for a bit longer.
I ship to your ETSY address, so please make sure this is correct. If you receive your item damaged, please email me at email@example.com with an image of the damage or convo here on Etsy and I can either replace your item or send you a refund.
All US customers will be provided a USPS tracking number. Unfortunately, tracking numbers for international shipments cannot be provided at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience to my international customers. If you are located internationally and need tracking, please contact me to upgrade your shipment to courier.
All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International duties and taxes must be paid for by the customer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I want you to LOVE your purchase! In the event that you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please convo me or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation together. If you have received your item(s) damaged, please contact me with photos/description of the damage to arrange for a replacement shipment.
Please contact me to let me know that you are returning an item. If you would like to return or exchange anything you buy from this shop, please send it back to 8 Fennec Ct, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753, for a refund within 30 days. Please be sure to pack your return item(s) safely. I cannot accept returns that are damaged. Shipping must be prepaid at the point of shipment. Refunds are processed minus any shipping charges on the original order. (Original paintings, commissions and custom work/print sizes/listings are excluded from this policy and are only returnable under special circumstances. Please contact me to discuss.)
* Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are only eligible for store credit.
Mai Autumn accepts Paypal, and all major credits, as well as Etsy gift cards.

The range of production times will depend on the size and subject matter, so please don't hesitate to just ask. Most custom orders do require a non-refundable deposit.
